SABA Month Pro Bono Clinic

This Summer 2019, SABA Chicago Foundation awarded its annual fellowship award to Judy Ann Gantzer, an outstanding third-year law student from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champagne. The annual fellowship award supports one law student every summer throughout their externship assignments at non-profit organizations that serve the public interest. We picked Judy because of her commitment to non-profit work, commitment to the public interest, outstanding resume and personal statement, and accomplishments to date. Judy is also extremely articulate, well-rounded, and beautifully poised and focused. We are so very proud of her and extremely honored to have her volunteering with us at the Indo-American “Cyriac Kappil” Pro Bono Legal Clinic (“IAC” Clinic) throughout the rest of this year, as well as joining us for other mentor-mentee activities. Please join us at the IAC Clinic on the second Saturday of each month from 10am to 1pm and join us for other SABA Chicago and SABA Chicago Foundation events.
